 2011-12 Basketball Registration form (2 pages)

Registration is open to all Borough residents in 5 divisions:

Clinic (2^nd Grade ONLY)

Minors (3^rd and 4^th Grade)

Juniors (5^th and 6^th Grade)

Seniors (7^th and 8^th Grade)

$20 Activity Fee is Required for Each Participant

**3^rd – 8^th grade GIRLS are to register online at http://rtgirlshoops.org**

**3^rd – 8^th grade BOYS will COMPETE against Dover/Mine Hill/Wharton Boys**

Basketball

Practices and Games are held at the Thomas Jefferson School Gym and Lincoln School Gym.

The program is for boys and girls from second grade through 8th grade. From Nov through March.
